Blueberry Salsa

Ingredients
- 2cups coarsely chopped fresh blueberries
- 1cup whole fresh blueberries
- 1/4cup fresh lime juice
- 3tablespoons chopped cilantro
- 2whole jalapeno peppers, seeded and minced
- 1whole Roma tomato, seeded and chopped
- 1stalk celery, chopped fine
- 1/2teaspoon Kosher salt
Instructions
- Toss all the ingredients together in a large bowl.
- Serve right away or refrigerate a few hours. Great with sturdy tortilla chips for scooping; or use to top grilled meats.
